			<description><![CDATA[ <p>It is only half a year since last time.  The right shoulder.  All it took was laying down in the sun in the backyard.  He wasn&#39;t even sure first.  But
the pain and how it looked like made him sure pretty fast.</p>

<p>Of course it happened in the middle of rush hour.  I could not get hold of any taxi and no one in the family could get here because of the traffic jam.  My
oldest son finally took him to the hospital.</p>
