Chronic Illness Initiative.

DePaul University now offers a degree for college students who are struggling with chronic illnesses with "waxing and waning" symptoms. It is a degree that allows a student to be inactive for multiple quarters, there is no minimum class requirements per quarter, it can be earned all online, etc. Very interesting and worth looking at!

Is there life out there?

I am preparing to move into my new place. That is the big news on this end. We are slowly going to start moving things in and the move will be permanent in mid August. Very exciting and nervewracking all in one!

School starts the end of september. I'll officially be a junior! Such a dream come true.

Anyone else out there with big plans and bigger dreams?

So, it's been about six weeks since I put in my applications for university and my nerves are all buzzing.

It's spring break here. I'm taking three classes this quarter to finish off my Associates degree. Come june I will be halfway to my bachelors.

I just can't want to find out where I'm going...It's all up in the air.

It's great to find a whole community of others with ME/CFS... I was finally diagnosed with CFS 4 days ago..after a 3.5 year battle with the medical system here in good old .

I am currently in university... nursing. It's a really heavy work load requiring several hours of work outside...

Hey I'm 17 from Scotland and ive had m.e./cfs for over 3 years and im at my worst just now, ive been almost bed bound for 2 months and i hate it, im exhausted, its horrible and i have back muscle pain. This is quite irritating, I can't find anything bad about this stuff and it's all over the internet for fibro searches. My brain says it's just a gimmick and if probably so, it's cruel to feed on sufferers hopes. I'm bored and at this point willing to try anything, unfortunately I lack the money anyways so I don't have any options.

So if anyone's heard of this stuff, intel would be greatly appreciated. Right...
