I'm hearing more and more about congress passing a law to make illegal aliens eligible for social security benefits!

Why would they make illegals eligible when many of our citizens are not even eligible? My wife gets a letter every year telling her that she is not eligible because she does not have enough points. are all states different when it comes to Medicare. When I received SSD , Medicare sent me a part a card and wanted to know if I wanted part B . I said no. Now some people are telling me they have to wait 2yrs before they can get theirs. What is the story? Why would I get my PART A card. thanks
