the life I knew. ">

I miss going to restaurants, the cinema and on holiday.

We did go away for a few days last October but I was in a lot of pain and really wanted to

There is a revolutionary new way to help back pain from herniated discs and or facet joint issues. It's called "Neuro-Oxygen Decompression"
treatment here in Canada, and the govt of Canada plus the US's FDA have approved it as a treatment. They give you oxygen to breathe during the treatment,
so as the joints are pulled open and the discs can reexpand, they have access to the oxygen and can begin to repair themselves. Afterward, you get a shot of

Hi Penny,
Yes it is difficult as one can't stand up forever without feeling like falling over eventually! Being young I would like to do fun young people things such
as go to concerts...but I can't sit on the hard plastic seats even with a cushion, and I can't stand up for hours either. So I must stay home while my
boyfriend enjoys life and it is quite sad. If only the world was full of comfy couches to lay on!

Your description of a day out mirrors my own exactly. Wherever I go, I have to stand. I get weird looks in cafe's when my friends are sitting am I am

I often lie on benches when I feel I can't stand anymore.

I have fusions in my back and also a pelvic fusion, but the surgeries were not successful, so the pain with sitting is bad. Sometimes I force myself to sit, on

Hi Laurie, I can't read your entire post due to tech problems with my computer but I read the part Mosken sent to some of our emails -- enough to get an
idea of what's going on. I have had sitting disability for 5 years. Main thing I want to say is that it is sometimes possible to heal, at least to a
point. I have had sitting disability for over 3 years before I started improving. Before then I could sit in an ordinary chair for only about 20 minutes, and
