I know it's hard to start thinking about taking anti-depressants, but when you have a chronic illness it's really common to struggle with depression.
Studies have shown that anti-depressants combined with talk therapy is actually the most effective treatment for depression, so if you can afford that and you
can find a counselor you...

Hi everybody,

I've had some major life changes over the past few months and my doctor wanted me to start on Celexia for depression. I would have taken some Klonopin or
Xanax to help me sleep but he didn't want me to start on anything addictive, so I just did without. I've made it this far, hopefully the worst part is
almost over. I'll know for sure in a couple weeks

I'm lucky if I can sleep 4-6 hours a night and consider 6 a full nights sleep. My sleep...

Thanks Gaily,
That description is me exactly, or it was! I was diagnosed with depression last year and I take anti-depression tablets now. They have many side effects,
some good, some not so good, but one of the good ones is that they make me sleep better. I have suffered from insomnia for well over 25 years and it is only
since I started on these meds, that I can sleep for more than 3/4 hours at a stretch. It's wonderful!
Thanks for the article.

I suffer from depression, but I can sleep like a
