Hope you have found some help...By now hopefully since it's been months since you posted. I used to be in that same situation. IT seems if you have no insurance..no one will help you. If you have to rely of public health centers..etc..they most of the time don't give you adequate pain relief. It took me to finally get medicare, and see a private dr. to get some pain meds.

The doctor I just saw last Monday for my Veteran's physical informed me that Ultram is just a placebo. That it didn't really do anything for the patient. I tended to agree with him as I take Ultram and when I am in terrible pain it does not help me. I have found though that if I take the Ultram in conjunction with the flexeril that the 2 together work.
