So there is more than one approach. I gather it is VERY hard in Norway to get your doctors to look at the causes of fibromyalgia. But finding and treating the cause of fibromyalgia is the best LONG TERM treatment of pain. Thank you for the medisin list, do you know if Nobligan, Sarotex and Aporex would be good for me when I have FM and ADHD? I have used Somadril and Paralgin Forte but it dont help meg much. I asked my doctor on the phone today about it but he was not shure how adhd would react to some of the pills.

I don't know a lot. But many epilepsy or antiseizure drugs which stabilize brain neurons firing are effective against many kinds of pain including diabetic neuropathy, shingles/zoster, & facial neuritis/neuropathy.
