I'm one of the many members with tendenoses in my hands and especially my wrists. I'm using a speech recognition software called Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Have you tried that? I'm also using a mouse click program so I don't have to click. Please tell me if you want to read any of our information about tendenoses. You'll find it all in our forum called coping.

I am new and just found your board so I thought I would check it out. I have mild to moderate fibromyalgia/mps. I am semi-diagnosed; let me explain. In 1999 I had mono and that took a better part of a year to heal.
