Little known disease, associated with autoimmune |
Lead | ||
|
Just wanted to let you all know that this disease Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) or also known as Hughes Syndrome is quite often apparent in people who suffer
from autoimmune diseases. It is deadly if left untreated, my doctors diagnosed it late last year but not before having 2 strokes. I also have Lupus, but it can
be found in other autoimmune diseases, and can even mimic other autoimmune diseases on its own.

Important info, we all need to heed!I remember how you started a decline and not knowing. Quote: Seems we could benefit from taking even a "baby aspirin"? It helps so many other medical conditions too. Think, that's something I will add to my medication. |

Donna even though I am sitting (siting) on honours I still cannot
spell
All I can
say is: "What would I do without spell
checker"![]() Sherry, I often wonder how I do it and why I do it to myself. Actually, come to think of it so does Wendy (wife) ![]() Sherry I do it because without it I would probably give up, it is the only thing that I have left as far as "doing" which I can "do" well. I mean, there are other things, but it is the one thing I have left that I really do excel at. Whereas, 4 or 5 years ago, before becoming ill I excelled at many things. Also the only reason I can do it is because 99% of my study is done from home. |

I suppose that the reason that your Uni studies are
so fascinating to me is because whenever I try to learn
something new, it takes for-bloody-ever for me.I'll read,
or hear about something, then an hour later, I can't
remember 3/4 of what I learned. It gets so
frustrating. That's why I get so excited for you, every
time I hear that you've once again gotten high marks on
an assignment- it's something I KNOW I couldn't
do,anymore, at least not without severely straining my
poor brain.I mean, heck, I used to have my own pet
shop, and was known for being extremely knowledgeable
about just about any animal you could name. The last time
I was in a pet shop, I couldn't remember the names of
what I know are some of the most common freshwater
aquarium fish on the market.
I used to be one of those people who, once they learned something, NEVER forgot it.Now, I find myself doing this- A
LOT.
