Jeg er no henvist til traksjonsbehandling av nakke.
Dette er et behandlingstilbud de har ved Aure rehabiliteringssenter. Har ikke vært i kontakt med noen som har prøvd dette, og lurer på om noen har opplevd bedring av nakkeplager etter slik behandling. |

Hei Odina.
Jeg hadde traksjonsbehandling av nakken min sommeren/høsten 07. Syns jeg hadde veldig god virkning av de første behandlingene. Var godt avslappet og klarte og la maskinen får strekke i nakken min. Etterhvert fikk jeg en veldig stressende periode på jobben og klarte ikke å slappe av under behandlingene. Resultatet ble at jeg ble bare verre for hver behandling.Reagerte med svimmelhet og kvalme etter behandlingene. Nå skal det sies at jeg fikk behandlingene på slutten av arbeidsdagen. Hadde nok hatt bedre nytte av de om jeg hadde klart å samarbeide mer med maskinen. Syns du skal være åpen og prøve. Regner med at du er på Aure nå og får god oppfølging. Jeg har stående tilbud om fortsatt traksjonsbehandling, og vil gjerne prøve det igjen om en stund. Pr. i dag er musklene i nakken så anspent at jeg tror jeg vil ha problemer med å slappe av. Noe jeg mener er et must. Lykke til. |

Jeg er ikke på Aure enda, men er henvist dit. Håper å få behandlingen i løpet av høsten
Sikkert nyttig med et rehabiliteringsopphold i samme pakken, for da har en jo mulighet til å slappe av. |
