I see from the sitting disability topic, there are about 10 of you out there that like me, cannot sit at all, or for long.

How do you cope with life?

We did go away for a few days last October but I was in a lot of pain

be home in my own bed and on my own

Silly things, like doing jigsaws and sewing at a machine are now impossible and I can only watch so much TV, or read so many books!
I try to keep my spirits up but sometimes, I feel like

anti-depressants just don't seem to work.
I know I will be like this for the rest of my life and although it is great to find fellow sufferers, sometimes it feels like very hard work.

I'm able
to sit for short periods, but it gives me so much
increased pain that I avoid it as much as I can. Most of
my time is spent lying on the couch.
