Hi Everyone - I was just diagnosed after years of exhaustion, pain and a whole slew of other symptoms with Fibromyalgia. I like to joke that at 28 I am
officially decrepit! The smallest task takes the most monumental effort. My husband and I have been married about 3 years now and we were talking recently
about having kids...I can barely get out of bed some days let alone run after a little one. I'm at a bit of a loss of where to start. My doctor didn't
give me specific instructions other than no processed foods and additional vitamins. To me this seems kind of random. I like structure and I used to be a very
active person. I hate being inactive...I had my gallbladder removed in october and have major stomach issues, hiatal hernia and acid reflux. I have
hypothyroidism, and degenerative disc disease in my lower back as well as arthritis. I am also suffering from IST (since I was 16) Inappropriate Sinus
Tachycardia so I have a natural intolerance to exercise. My resting heart rate is usually 90-100 and working out shoots it up to 180-200. Anyway - if anyone
has any suggestions on things I can do...I would appreciate it a lot!! I am thinking about a multidisciplinary pain management program here in TX that takes my
insurance to try aquatic therapy and some other more natural approaches. Have any of you tried this? Any feedback?
