Important: Yuku will send you an e-mail message to confirm that you intended to join. Your membership will be confirmed if you go to the web address in the e-mail, by clicking on it or highlighting it and pasting it into your web browser. You won't be able to log in with your email address and password unless you respond to that e-mail, using the hyperlink (web address) to confirm that you wanted to join Yuku. A number of our members have initially ignored that e-mail and wondered why they couldn't log in and post in the forum. If you don't recieve such an email, remember to look in your spam mail or deleted items.

Here is some basic information about how the board work:
The board consists of two sections. An English part and a Norwegian part. Our most important forums in the English part of the board are Smalltalk and Coping and health problems.
When you click on any forum on our front page or use the drop down menu on the bottom of each page, you will see the 25 different topics with the most recent replies. Each headline is a new topic started by a member. When you click on any headline (topic), you will see the initial post and replies added to the first post.

Manage Notifications:
Notifications are email updates you have requested from Yuku:
There are two choices for your subscription notifications:
- Email on every request will send you an email update each time a subscribed item is updated.
- Daily Email Digest will send you, once a day, an email update of all updated subscriptions items.
Notifications can also occur when you receive private messages, friend requests, or comments on your images. If you do not want to receive these email messages please uncheck the appropriate field in your profile!
Click on your own username. Click navigation and then settings to the left under your avatar!
