Friends international sport group was founded April the 18th.
(I wrote the board's first post April 18th 2001)
The board moved to Yuku at April 10 th 2007.
May 2008 Friends international support group was officially registered as an international volenteer organization!
Let me start with a little something about myself, then anyone that wants to introduce themselves do...it doesn't have to be long or all that personal.
I will mention a couple of things I can remember about myself:
I am from Norway.
This board is one of my babies and the baby is 8 years old...
and I belong to the sunny group..
I have 2 boys, 18 and 23 and a husband
Teddy is our dog..
I am educated a lawyer, like my husband.
Norwegian is my native language, but I love to practise English.
I love to write and read
I am very independant
I have never been a cook
I have had chronic pain for 20 + years, major back problems after I gave birth to my kids.
I am bedridden because of disabling backpain. Being bedridden have not stopped me from doing a lot of things. The word bedridden might be misleading and I don't like to use it. Still it explains a lot, like why it is limited what I can manage to type every day.....
I prefer to communicate with people through a headset instead of the keyboard because it is a bit unconviniant typing while laying down and I have two worn out hands...
I am an outdoor person. Used to love cross country skiing and padling my canu...I still love to be on the ocean in our boat....
I like to travel in our camper.
Love photography and programming websites also.....and a lot of other things, among this black plastic box, (lap top) my window to the world.....and of course Friends and all the members!
Your turn next....
