Hei her er en nydelig oppskrift på Brownies jenter.
4 egg 300 gr sukker 200 gr smør 2 pl mørk kokesjokolade 200 gr mel 2 ss vaniljesukker 1 ts bakepulver 180 gr knuste valnøtter Pisk egg og sukker Smelt smøret og legg i platene med kokesjokolade, avkjøles litt før det til settes eggedosisen. Tilsett det resterende og hell i smurt stor form (langpanne) Til den store langpannen i ovnen bruker jeg 1 1/2 porsjon. 180 grader i ca 30 min. Må ikke stekes for lenge da den blir tørr. Fyll: 2 pl. kokesjokolade 80 gr. delfiafett. Dette smeltes i vannbad. Hell over kaken og pynt med halve valnøtter. Håper at dette var til hjelp Yume X.croworld |
