If you are able to log in to Yuku, but get logged out when you try to post or send messages, it's most likely a
cookie problem in your browser. You will need to delete all cookies and caches and put Yuku on your "allow-list"
This is how you do it if you use one of these two browsers - Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 (FF 2.0)
To know what browser you use, look at the top, blue bar. To find which version (number) you click on Help in the top bar of your
browser and choose About…. (Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) from the drop-down menu. A window opens and you'll see the numbers.
Instructions for Internet Explorer (IE) 7:
1. Open your browser
2. Click on Tools in
the top bar and choose Internet options from the drop-down menu
3. Look for Browsing history in the window that opens and click Delete (new window opens)
4. Click Delete all
(at the bottom) It will delete all passwords and usernames on autofill, so be sure you know them or have them stored at your
computer. If it asks if you're sure, click Yes and wait till it's done (the window closes)
You have now deleted all cookies and cache
Next step (keep the Internet Option window open)
5. Click Security in tab on top and
mark Trusted Sites with one click (the green
hook)
6. Click Sites
(below, window opens)
7. In the field for Add this
website….. you paste this: https://www.yuku.com
8. Click Add-button (the URL moves down to field below)
9. Click Close
10. Click Privacy
in tab on top and click Sites
11. In field for Address of website paste
this URL: http://www.yuku.com (It's a bit different than the other) and click
Allow
12. Click OK
in this window and then in the other
You have now allowed info to be exchanged between Yuku and your computer. Close the browser and reopen. You can now try posting.
Instructions for Mozilla Firefox (FF) 2.0
1. Open your Browser
2. Click on Tools in the top bar
3. Choose Options from the drop-down menu (a window opens)
4. Click on Privacy at top
The next steps you do in the box in the middle
5. Check for Accept cookies from sites
6. Click on Exceptions, (new window opens) and paste this URL in
the open field at top: http://www.yuku.com/
7. Click Allow, and you'll see the URL move down to the larger
field below
8. Click Close
9. Click on Show Cookies
10. Click Remove all cookies and Close
11. Click OK

If you're still not able to post, Go to the Friends board (or any Yuku site) and try a
Hard refresh (Press Ctrl-button and F5 (or
click the refresh sign) at the same time. Try to post at the board again.
Are you still having problems, you should now try to make sure this is not a problem connected to your Yuku-account before you go any further. If you have a different browser on your machine try to log-in and post through this. OR if you have the possibility to use a different computer you could try post from this.
